Registrations open for Energy Next, co-located with Australian Clean Energy Summit in July

As New South Wales continues to deploy substantial resources toward its goal of becoming a renewable energy superpower, the roadmap ahead is taking into consideration different initiatives that will transform the sector into one that is cheaper, cleaner and more reliable.

To complement these initiatives, Energy Next is returning to the ICC Sydney in Darling Harbour on July 18th and 19th, 2023, co-located with the Clean Energy Council’s Australian Clean Energy Summit.

The industry event is free-to-attend, with registrations now open for those working in the renewable energy industry to meet with leading suppliers, discover the latest technologies and discuss the latest renewable advancements.

Powered by All-Energy Australia, in partnership with the Clean Energy Council and with the support of the NSW Government, Energy Next will be spread across two days, boasting an extensive exhibition and agenda in addition to workshops and networking opportunities.

Energy Next will also host the Clean Energy Council’s Solar Masterclass, a one-stop shop for solar installers to seek expert advice on some of the major design and installation issues facing the industry. Installers and designers will also be able to earn CPD points and access the latest updates on standards and compliance measures.

“The combination of Energy Next with the Australian Clean Energy Summit offers significant added value by giving attendees first-hand exposure to the technologies and innovations driving Australia’s clean energy transition,” said Kane Thornton, Chief Executive, Clean Energy Council.

“It will also help to increase collaboration across the industry, giving technology suppliers the opportunity to create connections and explore opportunities with the industry’s most senior executives and decision-makers.

“The Clean Energy Council is delighted to welcome Energy Next to the Australian Clean Energy Summit and is looking forward to a fantastic event in July,”

Energy Next’s exhibition will focus on the latest renewable energy and energy management technologies and solutions from leading suppliers, from solar PV to energy storage and EV charging stations to energy monitoring software.

“As NSW’s renewable energy industry continues to gain momentum, the importance of Energy Next cannot be overstated. Energy Next is strategically positioned to meet the needs of the NSW clean energy market and will serve as a critical platform for industry leaders to engage with suppliers, share insights with peers, and stay informed of the latest industry developments. We’re honoured to partner with the Clean Energy Council to bring this event to fruition and to contribute to the growth and sustainability of NSW’s clean energy industry,” commented Robby Clark, Portfolio Director at Energy Next.

With an agenda still yet to be released, visitors to Energy Next will also have free access to technical sessions with expert speakers discussing the latest technical issues and areas of growth for the industry. Some of the highlight themes include PV Innovation, Digitisation, Hydrogen, Energy Data, Offshore Wind, Microgrids and Advancements in Energy Storage.
