Complaints

Renew Economy takes the responsibility of providing accurate information to our readers very seriously. Respect for truth and the public’s right to information are fundamental principles of our journalism.

If you believe that an article in Renew Economy is inaccurate, unbalanced, or unethical, and you have evidence to prove the story is inaccurate, unbalanced, or unethical, you can write to our editor using the form below.

We believe most legitimate complaints of this nature can be best resolved amicably through appropriate dialogue.

However, in the event that they can’t Renew Economy will engage the services of a professional mediator.

If you are still unsatisfied with the outcome of mediation, and can provide evidence why, we will convene an independent panel of respected journalists, business and industry specialists to provide us with advice.

Renew Economy will implement the advice of the advisory panel.

If however, you are still not satisfied with the outcome of your complaint we suggest you contact the Australian Press Council who have their own independent process to assess complaints about the Australian media.
