Norton Rose Fulbright advises CWP Renewables and Partners Group on $300m Crudine Ridge Wind Farm

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has acted for the sponsors (CWP and Partners Group) on all aspects of the development, construction and financing of the 170MW Crudine Ridge Wind Farm near Mudgee, NSW.
Crudine Ridge Wind Farm has been developed by leading renewables developer, CWP Renewables in conjunction with Partners Group; under their newly formed Grassroots Renewable Energy Platform.
The project will be constructed by a consortium of GE and Zenviron. The debt financing has been provided by Clean Energy Finance Corporation, SMBC and Westpac.
Our role included advising on all project documents in connection with the project, including construction and O&M contracts with GE and Zenviron, connection agreements with Transgrid and a PPA with Meridian Energy. 
In addition, we also advised on various environmental, planning and consents matters, land arrangements with over 20 landholders and the provision of equity and debt financing.
