Tomorrow is #WorldEarthDay. Time to reflect and do our bit. What are some of the things you do for the environment? pic.twitter.com/qyX8pKDTV5

We simply couldn’t let this tweet go without giving it the proper attention it deserves. Adani, the Indian company proposing to build the biggest coal mine in Australia, wondering what it could do for the environment on Earth Day.
Um, now, let’s see ….
Adani’s PR attempt to get on-side with those who gravitate more towards using energy sources that don’t contribute so strongly to emissions doesn’t seem to be working out so well, with the general feedback slightly less than positive.
@AdaniOnline First thing I like to do is leave the coal in the ground so we don’t all cook. What about you?

@AdaniOnline Blocking the carmichael mine is the best thing we can do to stop you cooking the planet this #WorldEarthDay

Reject @AdaniOnline My first step: refuse to trade with anyone financing fossil fuel developments, like #Adani, for example.
