Labor climate change spokesman Mark Butler says he is stunned by the Coalition campaign against EVs, saying the conservatives “are fighting the future” with the scare campaigns.
In an interview with The Driven podcast, Butler spells out how Labor will reach its 50% EV target, and accelerated depreciation for fleets, and his confidence that once the ticket price for EVs reaches parity within about five years, then sales will “take off.”
