CleanTech Bites

Season’s greetings, and thanks for your support: We’re having a break to rest, reflect and reboot!

Renew Economy is taking a break, putting a pause on our free daily newsletters from Wednesday, December 24 until the second week of January.

We wish all of our readers and supporters and the broader renewable energy industry a restful and relaxing holiday season. Our thoughts are particularly with all those people – many within this industry – who have been directly and indirectly affected by the horrific events in Bondi.

We are taking this opportunity to rest, reflect and reboot. We want to thank all the people who support us, who read our articles and who subscribe to our daily newsletters.

We particularly want to thank all those who have taken the time to provide feedback, who support us through sponsorships, or who make generous donations to support our independent journalism, so critical in this age of misinformation and disinformation.

We couldn’t do what we do without you and without your support and encouragement, and we are enormously grateful. And we are proud to report that in 2025 we have boosted subscriber numbers to our newsletter by one third, and page views for the calendar year have topped 27 million – not bad for a niche publication.

We will return with our first newsletter for the year on January 12.

Until then, we hope you have a peaceful and safe summer break.

The Renew Economy team.
