PRESS RELEASE
Ingeteam has supplied over 250 PV inverters for a solar plant in California.
Throughout the past year, Ingeteam has manufactured and commissioned more than 250 INGECON SUN 935TL U B360 1500 V inverters that will modernize an existing site, which originally became operational over a decade ago. With this repowering, the plant is expected to increase its output and improve efficiency.
Ingeteam Inc.’s VP & General Manager of PV and BESS, Nohra Nasr, notes “the INGECON SUN B Series inverter has been deployed in the USA and worldwide for nearly a decade. This project is a testament to Ingeteam’s long term commitment to asset owners to maintain and support our previous generation products over the lifetime of the project while also repowering sites that originally featured other brands of inverters.” To date, Ingeteam Inc. has supplied over 6 GW of its family of inverters to PV and BESS projects across the United States and Ingeteam has installed more than 36 GW of inverters worldwide.
All spare parts, after sales services and testing needs for the USA are supported by Ingeteam’s facility in Milwaukee, WI.
