Mr Conroy was Chief Financial Officer at energy utility operator DUET Group for nine years and most recently served as Chief Executive Officer at MMJ Group Holdings Limited. As part of his role at DUET, Mr Conroy successfully co-led a significant transformation through mergers and acquisitions, recapitalisations and restructuring.
TransGrid CEO Paul Italiano said Mr Conroy’s energy industry experience would play a critical role in theorganisation’s future at a time of significant and dynamic change across the energy sector.
“Jason brings a wealth of experience across capital markets, investment and corporate finance. His knowledge of the energy industry and utilities is an ideal fit for TransGrid as we continue to respond to technological change and consumer expectations” said Mr Italiano.
