Stephen Mikkelsen to step down from AGL

AGL Energy Limited (AGL) today announced that Executive General Manager, Energy Markets, Stephen Mikkelsen, would be leaving his role at AGL after 11 years of service both in his current role and, formerly, as Chief Financial Officer.

Managing Director & CEO, Andy Vesey, said: “Stephen has been a valuable member of AGL’s executive team and a significant contributor to its financial and operational success.  I wish him well in his future ventures.”
Mr Mikkelsen said: “The Energy Markets business is in good shape. The Customer Experience Transformation program is beginning to deliver outcomes and there are some exciting activities in the pipeline.”
Mr Mikkelsen will remain in his position until a successor is announced and will ensure a smooth transition of the business.
