PRESS RELEASE

MELBOURNE, AUSTRALIA — October 11, 2017 —SolarEdge Technologies, Inc. (“SolarEdge”) (NASDAQ: SEDG), a global leader in PV inverters, power optimisers, and module-level monitoring services, is presenting its new large-capacity commercial inverters at All Energy. Based on SolarEdge’s track record of optimising commercial-scale PV systems, SolarEdge is extending its commercial offering with the launch of larger-capacity, three-phase inverters up to 100kW. The new inverters enable reduced installation time and cost, while providing smart energy management control. As with all SolarEdge commercial inverters, the larger capacity inverters work with the P600-P800 power optimizers, which enable the connection of one power optimizer to manage and monitor two panels, for increased scalability and cost effectiveness.

“Following the launch of our one power optimiser for two module solution to improve scalability of commercial PV systems, SolarEdge is now presenting its larger-capacity inverters,” stated Daniel Huber, SolarEdge’s VP and General Manager of Australia and Japan. “This continuous introduction of new solutions to the Australian market exemplifies SolarEdge’s commitment to provide cost-effective and innovative solutions that lower the cost of energy and simplify PV installation.”

All Energy Week attendees are invited to visit the SolarEdge booth, #2824, to meet with local and global management teams, learn more about SolarEdge’s new product offerings, and participate in training sessions.  Booth tours will run daily, 11:00 – 11:30 AM, 1:30 – 2:00 PM, and 3:30 – 4:00 PM. Tours will focus on both the SolarEdge residential and commercial offerings and will offer a LIVE interactive demo of the home energy management solution. SolarEdge will present on Projections, Design and Installation Considerations in Residential Storage, October 11, 3:30-4:50 PM in Room 219 and at the Module Level Power Electronics Masterclass, October 12, 11:00 AM – 12:30 PM in Theatre 1.
