Infigen appoints new independent directors

Infigen Energy (ASX: IFN) announces that Mr Mark Chellew and Ms Emma Stein have today been appointed to the Boards of Infigen Energy Limited, Infigen Energy (Bermuda) Limited and Infigen Energy RE Limited (the Infigen Boards).

Infigen’s Chairman, Mike Hutchinson said, “I welcome the appointment of Mark and Emma as new independent directors. Their experience from having held leading roles in a diverse range of industries will be invaluable to the Infigen Boards.”
