Melbourne, Australia. November 15 2016

Driven by the need to make the global switch to sustainable energy, Fronius Australia is continually working to ensure high quality grid connected inverters and energy storage solutions are available for all. Fronius sells its products through a global network of exclusive sales partners; the recent partnership with Taspac Energy admits Fronius a strong footing in the New Zealand market.

This is an exciting time for Fronius as “we’ve found the New Zealand market aligns with our core beliefs on solar energy, independence and 24 hours of sun vision” explains Fronius Australia Managing Director, Adrian Noronho.

Mr. Noronho also states the launch into the New Zealand market as something the company has been eagerly working towards, “we have always been interested in the New Zealand market because it’s an organic market where even without incentives, people are investing in solar.”

He elaborates “we were always keen to make a mark on the New Zealand market but we didn’t want to go forth without first ascertaining the right partnership. Now with the backing of Taspac Energy as our wholesale distributor, we strongly believe that we can achieve the same success in New Zealand that we have experienced in Australia.”

Director and General Manager of Taspac Energy, Dwayne Cocker explains that “offering solutions which provide unique benefits to our customers is at the very core of our business ethos.”

Mr. Cocker describes the partnership as centering on a holistic approach where “in our quest to find the best string inverter to offer in the New Zealand market, we wanted to align ourselves with a manufacturer that places quality at the forefront of their business – not only in their hardware but also in their approach to customer support, training, software, marketing and system execution.”

“The real power of Fronius solutions sits in their smart software, which meets our goal of providing future-proof solutions and offering unique benefits to our customers. We’re ecstatic to be working closely with Fronius and we’re looking forward to growing the brand in New Zealand.”

Taspac Energy prides itself in providing industry leading renewable energy solutions to New Zealand. They provide a wide range of solutions ranging from domestic, commercial, industrial, off-grid and utility scale solar power solutions.

Fronius products, including the new generation of Fronius SnapINverters and Fronius Smart Meters, are now available through Taspac Energy. Visit www.taspacenergy.co.nz for more information.
